Welcome to Bravo Pediatrics

I am so excited to be joining the amazing group of physicians here at Bravo Pediatrics. 

I have always known I wanted to be a pediatrician since I was a little girl. I have always loved being around children, seeing them grow and develop, as well as getting to know the family as a whole unit. I enjoy making shared decisions with families as I know every family is unique. I hope to be a trusted source of up to date medical information and to serve as a sounding board for my families. I really enjoy the newborn period as well as providing breastfeeding support when needed. I also love getting a quiet teen to open up and becoming a trusted adult in their life. It is a privilege to be able to work with your children and families as a whole. 

On a Personal Note

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I went to Texas A&M for undergrad as well as medical school. I met my husband in medical school and we moved out to California where he is originally from. As a Texan, I never thought I’d leave Texas but we both ended up loving the area, especially the weather, and we knew we had to stay. We lived in the Bay Area for 6 years where I did my residency at Stanford. I then stayed to work for several Stanford clinics as well as the county hospital doing hospitalist work, newborn nursery, and urgent care. I really enjoyed working with such a diverse community and I’m grateful to have learned so much in the Bay Area. After having our daughter we knew we wanted to move closer to family and decided to settle here on the Central Coast. We love going to the beach, going for hikes, and being outdoors with our daughter. We are excited to continue to explore what this beautiful Central Coast has to offer!
